Honda Boise is proud to announce that they have earned the prestigious President's Award by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. for service and parts. The award recognizes dealerships for excellence in service and parts performance and business operations.

The Honda President's Award recognizes dealers who really go above and beyond for their customers. Only 15% of Honda dealerships across the country achieve the President's Award status each year. These stores that meet the qualifications and win this award really set the standard for other Honda dealerships across the country to follow.

 The President's Award reflects a total commitment to customers; it is the highest award that a Honda dealership can receive because it demands the highest personal investment and stimulates the greatest results - satisfied, loyal customers. 

Not everyone can receive the President's Award, and we cannot stress how great an honor it is to receive this recognition, to be named among the top Honda dealers in the country.

 

Larry H. Miller Honda Boise is a J.D. Power 2021 Dealer of Excellence for the Customer Sales Experience

The J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Program(SM) reflects the commitment and dedication of select retailers to provide their customers with a purchase experience that meets today's consumer expectations.

Not all dealerships can qualify for this honor. Those who do must pass a three-step process:

First, J.D. Power uses feedback from more than 25,000 consumers like you to limit the percentage of eligible dealerships by brand. In other words, we consider proportionally more dealerships from top-performing brands for Dealer of Excellence.

Second, interested dealerships must rank among their brand's top performers in key customer satisfaction areas consistent with measurements found in J.D. Power's Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study(SM).

Finally, qualifying dealers must pass a dealership audit and show they meet or exceed J.D. Power sales best practices. Those best practices include, but are not limited to:

  • Listing vehicle inventory and pricing on the dealership website
  • Negotiating in an efficient and transparent manner
  • Offering a fair trade-in value
  • Presenting a clear and easy-to-understand F&I product menu
