When we purchased our 2009 Honda Accord, it was primarily because of our salesman Ryan Crum. Ryan was welcoming, genuine and went out of his way to make sure we got our car and were completely satisfied. I would recommend Ryan in a heart beat!
During the Spring of 2009 I had to bring in my Accord several times to the dealership for service. Under normal circumstances, one would not find visiting their car service department as an enjoyable feat, especially if you are a woman. However, upon each visit Brad Varland greeted me with a smile, treated me with the utmost respect and provided exceptional customer service.
Thanks to Ryan and Brad for going above and beyond! I couldn't have been more impressed! And also to Larry Miller, as I believe the integrity of their employees is also a testament to the company. Keep up the good work!

"Blown Away by Service Staff!!!"
This past weekend I took my CRV in for it's first service visit in Idaho (I bought the car in Austin, Texas before moving up here). I was blown away by Matt Beard and the entire staff in the service department! They were so nice, helpful and...happy. I think I was expecting the same apathy I used to get when I took my old car in for its oil change, but I was pleasantly surprised by everything from the greeting to the price. You guys rock and I'll definitely be making the drive from Ketchum to see you again, in about three to five thousand miles! Experience was great (explaining the details of the service and what needs to be done, great pricing as well) and I really, really appreciate how you took very good care of my baby (no scratches or anything).
My CRV has passed its 3 year warranty period and earlier I said to myself that after the warranty period. "I'll just go elsewhere (like one of those lube shops)", but since I really feel at home at Larry Miller Honda, why go elsewhere, right!

Both you and Ryan were great to work with. I'd do it again. I 've bought a number of cars over the years and this was the easiest. I felt I knew everything I needed to know about the car and its associated costs (via the Costco program). The pre and post delivery service (checklist) is nice to see also. Very thorough. "Pleasant Experience"
First of all , I LOVE My New Truck .It was such a pleasure to drive that when I left Boise I had no intension's of driving straight through to Medicine Hat but once on the road it was such a pleasure and the roads were clear I drove through . .Bruce , do me a favour and thank Rhonda for me again as clearing US customs took all of 5 minutes or less the rest of the time was with Canadian customs . Also thank Jean , in the Service Dept , for me as it was a pleasure doing business with him and I feel really badly about leaving without saying thank you in person . All in all it was great doing business with you and your associates at Larry Miller Honda as well as being quit profitable and I'd do it again in a New York minute . If you have not heard from any potential clients its not due to lack of support from this end .I have told numerous acquaintances of how easy and straight forward it was dealing with you and the Larry Miller Honda Organization . The only reluctance I hear is the distance and the 72 hour wait period at the border . What ever magic Rhonda used we know that the 72 hours is not a hard and fast rule . For me the cost of flying into Boise and picking up a vehicle and driving home was easily covered in the difference between the Canadian and US price . If the price differential does not change any time soon I may just make this an annual event . Seriously though it was pleasant experience and I have no regrets .

We have had a great experience with Larry Miller Honda of Boise. We were treated with the up most respect and friendliness by your staff, in particular our salesman Roy. After we purchased a used car from your lot we got home to find a puddle of transmission fluid in our driveway. Roy made sure we were taken care of, our incident occurred over Memorial Day weekend so our problem could not be fixed until after the holiday. Roy made sure we were taken care of first thing Tuesday morning and was there to see that we were in fact taken care of. He has made such a great impression on my wife and I we will only buy our future autos from Larry Miller, and we will always ask for Roy. Thanks for having a incredible staff.

"That Right There Shows Me He Cares About Me And My Car"
1st off want to thank Matt B and Jason for the amazing work they did with my car after finding an issue with the arms fo the car and issue with my tires. Jason took me in the back and showed me the issue with the tires cupping so I could understand what he was talking about. When replacing the tires for the issue there was a loud sound coming from my driver side right tires and didnt feel comfortable driving my Honda back to the service department. Matt came to my house after hours to find out what the issue was on his own time to make sure my car was safe to drive to the service department to get fixed. That right there shows me he cares about me and my car wanting to make. I had the pleasure of Meeting Jeff Beese who is amazing! He talked with me about my car. He talked to me as a person. He asked questions and asked if I understood what he was explaining. That made me feel valued. I want to thank all three fo them from the bottom of my heart for understanding me and making sure it was a great experience at the Honda Service Department--Matt for coming to my house after hours, Jason for taking a big job and getting it done is less than 1 hour, and Jeff for talking with me.
